Mamman Daura, a nephew of President Muhammadu Buhari, was on Wednesday, August 19 flown abroad for urgent medical treatment in the United Kingdom.
According to SaharaReporters, Daura was flown abroad after exhibiting symptoms similar to Coronavirus.
It was gathered that the 79-year-old who is considered as one of the cabal in the Presidency was flown in a private jet to the UK after exhibiting respiratory difficulties since last Friday.
Daura made the trip even when the ban imposed on international flights to curb the spread of COVID-19 has not been lifted.
A Presidency source, however revealed that since Daura is not a government official, it would be wrong to expect any reaction from the government.
You will recall that the Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika had earlier announced that the ban on International flights would be lifted on August 29.
