The Special Assistant to Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari on social media, Lauretta Onoche, has declared Nnamdi Kanu dead.
In a post on her Twitter handle, Onoche noted said an Imposter was speaking on behalf of Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB.
Her post was in reaction to a news by a Nigerian based News outlet, Daily Post.
She posted a photo which quoted Kanu as saying Aisha Buhari would end up in jail.
“IMPOSTOR AT WORK! Which of the terrorists is @DailyPostNGR quoting? Kenny Okwunuka Kanu or the Late Nnamdi Kanu? When did dead people start speaking? Impostor at work, Dead men don’t talk, she tweeted.
Earlier, IPOB had described an allegation by a social media personality, Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, that its leader Nnamdi Kanu, is dead as the height of deceit and irresponsible social media practice.
IPOB said the social media personality should be ignored, adding that nothing good will come from her and her outfit.
The group clarified this in a statement by its Media and Publicity Emma Powerful as it also accused Olunloye of conniving with some people in Aso Rock to wish Kanu death.
