President’s NYSC Honours Awardee
President Muhammadu Buhari has honoured 110 young Nigerians with the 2018/2019 President’s NYSC Honours Award.
Buhari confirmed that the Awardees would be granted automatic Employment into the Federal Civil Service, Federal Scholarship for Post-Graduate studies up to Doctoral level in any University in Nigeria and a cash reward.
According to the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, the awardees distinguished themselves during their National Service.
NYSC stated that the young Nigerians stood out in Orientation Course, primary assignment, Community development Service and Winding up/passing out.
Meanwhile, the NYSC said it has opened its online portal for remobilisation as from February 10 to March 21, 2021 for Corps Members who absconded from Service.
In a tweet, the NYSC warned that the date for the remobilisation will not be extended.
