Buhari Flag-Off National Young Farmers Scheme

President Muhammadu Buhari has on Tuesday flagged-off the National Young Farmers Scheme.

According to Bashir Ahmad, the Personal Assistant on New Media to President Buhari, the scheme is an initiative under the National Agricultural Land Development Authority.

Meanwhile, the President had earlier expressed delight over a report that a Coronavirus vaccine has recorded 90% effectiveness in clinical trials.

Buhari described the COVID-19 vaccine as a major milestone.

The President opined that the world needs to make a great effort to facilitate equitable access and distribution of these vaccines, to protect people in all countries.
