Brymo Set to Release a New Album

Nigerian singer, Olawale Olofooro widely known as Brymo is to release a new studio album on the 1st of April, 2020. The former Chocolate Citysignee had earlier postponed his show but had to release a studio album for his lovers in this trying time.

Brymo is undoubtedly one of the best vocalists in this part of the world. He is known to sing powerfully in both English language and his mother tongue (Yoruba). Brymo among many other artists had shows postponed due to the current coronavirus outbreak, the ‘Ara’ crooner is set to release his 7th studio album titled ‘Yellow’.

Brymo earlier released album include ‘Brymstone’ (2007), ‘The Son of a Kapenta (2012), ‘Merchants, Dealers & Slaves’ (2013), ‘Tabula Rasa’ (2014), ‘Klitoris’ (2016), and ‘Oso’ (2018). The 7th studio album titled ‘Yellow’ is highly anticipated by his fans and followers.

Brymo announced on his social media accounts that his 7th studio album titled ‘Yellow’ would be released on the 1st of April, 2020 amidst the coronavirus pandemic. The new album is made up of 15 tracks divided into three sections.

The tracklist shows the three sides. Side A is made up of 6 tracks which are ‘Blackmail’, ‘Esprit De Corps’, ‘Heartbreak Songs Are Better in English’, ‘Ozymandias’, ‘Without You’, and ‘Strippers + White Lines/Smart Monkey’.

Side B consists of 5 tracks which are ‘Woman’, ‘Black Man, Black Woman’, ‘Gambu’, ‘Rara Rira’, and ‘Brain Gain’.

The last section has 4 tracks which are ‘Adedotun’, ‘Orun n Mooru’, ‘A F’eedu Fan’na’, ‘Abu ya (Lindsey Abudei)’.

Tracklist

We have to anticipate the good music coming our way in a number of days. Brymo is known for good music; you cannot but stay indoor and stay safe while listening to good vibes this period.
