Brymo Rates Himself Above Wizkid & Davido

No doubt about it, singer and songwriter, Olawale Olofooro widely known as Brymo is one of the best vocalists in Nigeria. He has been described as the male version of talented singer, Asa and has also rated himself in the Nigerian music industry.

In a tweet, through his verified Twitter account @BrymOlawale, the singer said he’s better than the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido. This has gone wrong with many fans and followers of the Nigerian A-list artists.

Brymo recently released his 7^th studio album titled ‘Yellow‘ and has been rated high by many music lovers. This has made some music lovers to say the artist didn’t get the respect he deserved for his good music. This led to the debate by Nigerians who were on lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Brymo’s stand on this topic has made him to be dragged by Twitter users. Some has said he’s nowhere near the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido. Although his fans to have tried their best in defending their music stars but the artist himself was on ground to reply many of the fan’s backlashes.

One particular social media user tweeted ‘’We don’t rate you and that is that. If you want us to rate you go and start Taxify driver’’

He laughed it off and tweeted ‘’…I still won’t pay influencers sha’’

Still rating himself, the ex-Chocolate City label signee tweeted ‘’I’m their daddy though!… and if you are judging all these by awards, local or foreign, I’ll have you know that I refused to play, or even pay cash in some instances is why I’m not decorated… so you people should shut it!!’’
