British Home Office Denies Henry Onyekuru Work -Permit

British Home Office just recently denies Henry Onyekuru work permit. The Super Eagle player who sometime last tied the knot in Benin city Edo state with his heartthrob, who had a son for him. The 22 years old Forward moved from KAS Eupen in Belgian to Everton in 2017 and has been away on loan playing in the Turkish League.

The player had a wonderful performance on loan at the Turkish sides, having cumulatively played for 72 matches, had scored 26 goals and six assists for both Anderlecht and Galatasaray.

Last Season at Galatasaray, he appeared in 30 matches and netted 14 goals in the just-concluded season, he also netted their much-deserved winning goal in a title decider against Istanbul Basaksehir helping them to win the Turkish Cup in May. Onyekuru also appeared 11 times for the Nigeria senior team and had scored ones.

Despite the young star’s performance over the years, also considering he was among the Super Eagles’ Squad that went for the 2019 AFCON where he played only one match; Liverpool Echo announced that the player, cannot secure a work permit in Britain. The reason is that he has failed to feature in up to 75 percent of Super Eagles’ games within the last two years.
