Black Panther movie director, Ryan Coogler, has given an update on the role of star actor, Chadwick Boseman’s role in its upcoming sequel.
Ryan Coogler is finally speaking up about working on the hit movie’s sequel without its lead star, Chadwick Boseman.
The movie director revealed on a recent episode of the ‘Jemele Hill Is Unbothered’ podcast that working on ‘Black Panther II’ without Boseman has been the hardest experience of his ‘life.
In his words, “his is one of the more profound things that I’ve gone through in my life, having to be a part of keeping this project going without this particular person who is like the glue who held it together.”
“I’m trying to find a work-life balance. But I’m not there yet, so this is without a question the hardest thing I’ve had to do in my professional life.” he added.
The sequel, ‘Black Panther II’ is expected to premiere in July 2022 and will reportedly pay tribute to Boseman who died last year after a prolonged battle with cancer
The King T’Chala role played by Chadwick Boseman role will not be played by anyone.
Others stars in the ‘Black Panther’ movie include Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, and so on.
