Laycon’s outfit to the recently concluded Headies Award is still a trending topic as fast-rising singer, Bella Shmurda and dancer, Poco Lee gets in the conversation.
Laycon rose to prominence after participating in the Big Brother Naija show where he got people talking with his light-themed outfit in his first appearance.
The celebrated BBN winner wore a very big white shoe to the Headies Awards night, and the shoe caused an uproar on Twitter by fans who felt the shoe was too big for him.
In a recent Instagram Live video, Bella Shmurda and Poco also dragged the President of ‘Icons’ for wearing such shoe to the award night.
Bella said he doesn’t know the brand of the shoe, adding that he got scared when he saw it.
Poco Lee said, “thank God say you and Lekan no jam”
Bella in his words, “No start Laycon matter o. When I see Laycon, fear catch me. I no know the brand of that shoe. That shoe no dey hear come, na go e dey hear. Na the shoe dey move Laycon“
Bella Shmurda was also dragged by Nigerians during the Headies Award show for making grammatical blunders when interviewed by an OAP.
The ‘Cash App’ crooner was nominated in the ‘Next Rated’ category alongside Tems, Oxlade and Omah Lay which was won by the later.
