Jenni O is one of the BBTitans housemates that is having a hard time on social media. She seems to get on the nerves of a lot of fans. It is impossible to note if she has a substantial fanbase as she is yet to do the ceremonial fan gifting videos.
The star seems to have got on the nerves of fans again. They called her out for what they were convinced was an attack on Thabang.
Jenni O had taken to Twitter to vent about her displeasure with the appropriation of Igbo culture. In the era of woke culture, you would think social justice warriors would rise to her defence. However, her tweet was met with a poor reception.
“Igbo culture has suffered”, she wrote. South African fans quickly debunked her claims of unfairness by explaining that Zulu culture was also appropriated by Nigerian BBNaija star Sheggz. They accused her of chasing clout as the tweet seems to be a reaction to Thabang’s Nigerian welcome ceremony. The welcome party incorporated Igbo culture and Thabang is not Igbo.
The fans attacked her for being bad luck. They claimed her friend Nana even thrived after her eviction. Although it has been over five days since she made that tweet, fans are not slowing down in hurling slurs her way. She is also not going down without a fight.
“You will literally never have peace in your life. Tweets like this annoy me… in your entire life and after you will LITERALLY not have peace. Everyone thrived after my eviction as if I held their destiny… God will judge you.”, she replied a fan.
Do you think the fans are fair to Jenni O?
