BBNaija Update: Contrary to what has been making rounds on social media about herself and Pere’s mic situation, Maria has confessed to Biggie what actually transpired at that moment.
It’s been circulated on the internet that Maria had a little too much to drink during and after the Saturday’s night party. That the alcohol influenced everything she did, including removing her mic and demanding that Pere does the same, to which he obliged.
To that effect, Biggie issued Maria and Pere a strike each for microphone infringement.
But in her diary session, Maria confessed that it wasn’t alcohol that influenced her actions on Saturday night. She apologised to Big Brother for her actions and insisted that he doesn’t know what came over her that day, as she didn’t even have much to drink.
Though it hurt her to receive a strike for her actions, Maria said she has thought about the situation and believes she deserved the punishment.
Generally, she was hurt, sad and upset about everything – the punishments and being nominated for possible eviction this week.
