Former Big Brother Naija star, Erica Nlewedim has responded to a comment which was targeted to make her rush into marriage. She responded to the person and explained why she won’t be rushing into marriage. Erica went as far as revealing her age in the response, meanwhile, all this came after the controversy surrounding her co-reality show star, Chichi’s claim of being 23 years old. She stated that she won’t be rushing into marriage because she has the rest of her life to be married.
She added that marriage is favourable to men because they don’t have to change much about their lives. According to Erica, she said: “I’m turning 27 this year it’s not you that’ll tell me my age.” “Why rush? I have the rest of my life to be married. It’s favourable to the men cos they don’t have to change much about their lives but a lot about the woman changes.” It is wise she is saying all this now, especially with the rise of divorce cases in our society.
Erica was among the Big Brother Naira season 5 set, the set that had Laycon as the winner of the show. She was with Kiddwaya at that time but the relationship did not work out to a perfect union when they left the show. Erica was the only housemate to be disqualified in their season which was the lockdown season.
