Former Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eye’ housemate Angel talking on mental health has made a plea from Nigerians via her Twitter page.

The 21-year-old, who happened to be the youngest in the house, takes mental health very seriously, seeing that she has been a victim and still battles with it from time to time.

On her Twitter page, Angel reminded Nigerians that reality stars are also Human beings and are bound to make mistakes. She pleaded that their mental health is considered and does not make their new celebrity lifestyle difficult.

Her tweet reads, “Mental health is so important, guys. It’s easy to forget that everyone that was on the show is a human being. It comes with the fame but we’re people like you and mistakes will be made. Let’s be kind. Don’t use your own moral compass to make it harder than it is for any of us.

Her plea, however, sparked up different reactions from Nigerians. While some applauded her for a well-spoken word, another said he knew she would come out to form a role model, adding that she begs those she once trolled before.
