Pere Egbi is one of the smoothest BBNaija All Stars housemate or at least that’s what fans say. His romance with Mercy Eke has seen its far share of ups and downs.
At first they seemed like two fun lovebirds. Mercy even went on an interview expressing her gratitude for having Pere in her life. Likewise, Pere said she was worth so much and was contented with his lover.
The two were not photographed going on dates and leaving hotels. Then, all of a sudden, the two unfollow each other on Instagram.
Then, Mercy received happy November gifts from “babe”. Pere quickly debunks claims that he is the “babe”.
He is later seen in Ghana with a mysterious woman on what looks like a date. Although, she debunks having anything more than a platonic friendship with the star, she reveal that Pere has a crush on her.
Mercy in return decides that their entire ordeal is game over.
Fans have never been more confused. Angel and Soma might have thrown us in a loop but that seems like Childs play compared to the Percy ship.
Angel happily celebrated spoiling her man Soma with a very expensive gift. It prompted a response from Pere.
“You’re such a lover girl. I love it. Wish you guys the best. I’m rooting for y’all.”, he responded.
Angel replied, “Me sef dey root for y’all”.
Could this be Pere and Mercy that Angel was referring to as “y’all”?
Later, Pere celebrates his babe after receiving ginger from Angel.
“My Diamond Pearl… she knows me and I know her.”, he wrote.
Seems like there might still be hope for Percy after all.
