While it might seems as though he does not condone her behavior, the constant attention he gives her indulges her emotional reaction.
It is popularly known that it takes two to tango, but for them, it’s taking only one. Neo has not reciprocated the loyalty and energy he has received from her. She has attacked other women for him and he has not shown support for her behavior, instead he had cautioned her and threatened her with a discontinuation of their friendship.
This unbalanced energy has not been a problem since he had previously not shown serious interest in any housemate and had not spoken about a relationship outside the house.
This changed when he mentioned Beauty, a disqualified ex housemate of the level up season. His mention, gave credit to the rumors that they’re dating. According to him, if she were in the house and anyone tried to fight her, he was willing to kill.
His show of strong emotional support to her has caused reaction amongst viewers, his speech exposed that his loyalty does not lie with TolaniBaj and this felt like a betrayal of her love. Revealing how he felt about Beauty to her would have left her feeling no other emotion but hurt, since as little as speaking to other females has been a big trigger for her.
