BBNaija 2021 Reunion is getting hotter and enjoyable as each episode airs. Secrets are being leaked, friendships and relationships that started inside and outside the house are being tested. You can say that all the housemates are coming face to face with the hard truth.
Not only did the 9th day address Vee and Lilo’s friendship in the house and the reason Vee nominated her for eviction despite being friends. Many other housemates were also on the hot seat. One of the being Brighto.
BBNaija 2021 Reunion Day 9: Housemates Votes Gossip Leader
Ebuka Obi-Uchenudu, the show’s host, started the 9th day by asking the housemates to nominate the person they think was gossiping in the house. In a piece of paper, those who were present took turns writing down the housemate’s name they felt was the gossip back in the BBNaija house. Whilst Neo got two nominations; Lucy got two as well, Brighto got five nominations, making him the “Gossip Leader” of the BBNaija Lockdown house.
Moving on, Dorathy expressed her frustration at Vee for intentionally making her food spicy while in the house, when she and everyone knew that she (Dora) has an ulcer. In her defence, Vee said she cooked food just how she liked it and didn’t bother about who it may also affect, that it was always intentional.
BBNaija 2021 Reunion Day 9: Praise Fights for his Ex-fiancee
Imagine the surprise on everyone’s face when Praise asked Brighto to apologize to his ex-fiancee for commenting on her age. He said that Brighto’s comment about her made people find her page and troll her until she changed her page to private.
Brighto, on the other hand, didn’t feel the need to tender such an apology, claiming that Praise never came to him and ask for the apology, as he was only hearing it for the first time at the reunion.
Ending the argument, Praise emphasized that he wanted the apology to be done at the reunion. Since Brighto commented on a TV, it was only okay for him to apologize on TV. Laycon agreed to this. Vee disagreed and didn’t see reasons with Praise.
BBNaija 2021 Reunion Day 9: Tochi on Fire Again
Tochi did it again!!! If you’ve been following our updates on the reunion, you’ll get the details of his sudden bravery. He gave fire for fire.
First, there was a video of Lucy and Dorathy talking about Tochi in the house. Lucy mentioned that she wasn’t okay with the fact that Toch never wanted to contribute to any of the house chores like the other housemates. Dorathy talked about situations that seemed like he was always waiting for her to greet him first.
Next was the back and forth argument between Tochi and Ka3na about food. While Ka3na said that he always came late, which was why he’d receive a small amount of food, Tochi shared situations where Ka3na treated him like a person from a place with no food to eat was quite demeaning for him.
To Lucy, who commented on him always “following people around” when it was evident that they include him in their “clique”, he lashed at her with series of questions: “So you came to the house to sit down? You didn’t move around? Am I a statue?”
Nengi! Nengi!! Nengi!!!
This was yet another episode that Ebuka leaked secrets of some housemates where it concerned Nengi and who was “capable” of maintaining her. In a short clip played at the reunion, Tochi and Brighto believed that Prince wasn’t capable in his quest for Nengi. In response, Prince made it clear that other people’s opinions about his pocket didn’t matter to him.
Trickytee, on the other hand, shared some personal changes that he had to make while in the BBNaija house. It had everything to do with the fact that he was the oldest amongst all the housemates for the BBNaija Lockdown show. He revealed that because of this, he held some part of himself back as he didn’t to be involved in anything that’d bring insults to him.
