Laycon and Vee
Laycon was the third housemate to make it into the diary room and he recanted a funny story of his first encounter with fellow housemate Neo. Biggie had asked Laycon who his favourite housemates were and he said Vee and Neo. It’s no news that Laycon and Vee are like best of friends in the house and it seemed rational that Vee’s lover would be his second favourite housemate since they were inseparable but that was not the reason Laycon liked Neo.
He said Vee because she was there when he needed someone to draw him out of a certain zone and Neo gave him confidence. Interested in that story, Biggie asked Laycon to expatiate on what he meant by ‘gave me confidence’ and he said that on the first day while they were given numbers to come into the house.
He was number 19 while Neo was number 17 and he(Laycon) had on a wired jacket. While he was contemplating whether he should switch on the light of his jacket, Neo advised him to put it on and even gassed him. Laycon said he was surprised that a stranger(Neo) would go out his way to encourage someone he didn’t even know does to his name.
