The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare, has visited the Super Eagles camp ahead of their first AFCON match against Egypt.
The pictures of their visit, which was shared on the Governor’s Facebook page today, wished the team well in their pursuit of glory.
The Governor said he and his delegates paid the team a quick visit to pray with them before their match.
He added that “I also gave them a pep talk and best wishes from Lagosians.
“I let them know we’re in high spirits just like they are and looking forward to a great start at the competition.”

The Super Eagles will play the Pharaoh’s of Egypt in their first 2021 AFCON game in Cameroon by 5 pm today at the Stade Roumdé Adjia, Garoua.
