Steven Gerald side Aston Villa will have indicated an interest in Super Eagle powerhouse Wilfred Ndldi and have decided they will lunch a bid for the Leicester City defensive midfielder in the summer. Wilfred Ndidi has been in great form since his arrival to the English Premier League attracting big clubs like Manchester United and Liverpool.
Steven Gerrard is looking to acquire a quality holding midfielder. Ndidi joined Leicester City in 2017 and has been a key member of the team since then. According to the sources, Villa is weighing up an offer in the region of £50million in the summer window for the Nigeria international.
Ndidi has two years remaining in his contract with Leicester City and would represent another signing of true ambition by Aston Villa under Gerrard. Villa signed Philippe Coutinho and Lucas Digne during the January transfer window.
