Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is reportedly prepared to sell three players in the next transfer market, he is set to offload three centre-halves defenders when the summer window opens. Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta who joined the North London side in December 2019 succeeding Unai Emery who was sacked after registering a string of poor results.

Mikel Arteta is desperate to bring back the good old days to Arsenal, he wants to make the Gunnars team a major league contender and possibly a squad that can challenge for Champions League. Mikel Arteta is just half-a-year into his contract with the club and he is already looking to assemble his own squad that fits his pattern of play.

Arsenal to Offload 3 players Next Transfer Window

Arsenal boss has lined up three players to sell in the next transfer window, the three players are Rob Holding, Shkodran Mustafi, and Sokratis Papastathopoulos. Rob Holding who is just 24 years of age has been battling with unending injuries. He has not been in action for the Gunnars team this season due to a knee ligament injury and so Arteta is set to sell the player.

Shkodran Mustafi is another player who has been listed to offloaded, the player has been immensly criticised by Arsenal fans but the German defender is keen on staying in the club. But recently Arteta made it known that he is ready to accept offers from any club, the player who was signed from Valencia four years ago for £35 million will be leaving thee club in the next transfer season.

Greece international Sokratis Papastathopoulos is the third player to be offloaded from the Emirate Stadium, the player is however having one more year left on his current deal with Arsenal.
