Belgian club Antwerp and Bundesliga newcomers Stuttgart are interested in signing Nigeria and Liverpool forward Taiwo Awoniyi from Liverpool this summer. Awoniyi has also been linked with a move to Scottish Premiership champions Celtic, Antwerp is the second club who are interested in the player who have been on a loan spell to at least three clubs since joining Liverpool.
Celtic want him to replace Frenchman Odsonne Edouard who is set to leave the club before the end of the transfer window. The 23-year-old Nigerian spent last season on loan at German club FSV Mainz. Awoniyi, who is yet to play a competitive game for Liverpool has previously played for Belgian club KAA Gent and Royal Excel Mouscron.
Aside from Mainz, in the German Bundesliga, he has also played for fellow Germany sice FSV Frankfurt. The player has not said anything yet concerning his move to any of the clubs but we are sure he will be signing for one of the clubs before the end of the transfer window.
