Amaju Pinnick Bags Fifa Appointment Despite Resignation Rumours

The CAF General Secretary wrote further: “This joint working group, to be led by FIFA, will analyze the applicable legal framework and the governance structure, mandate, and mission of Normalisation Committees, and make suggestions to the FIFA Council accordingly.”

It also reads: “We are confident that your nomination to this working group will positively contribute to the pertinent, and often essential, the role played by Normalisation Committees in support of federations and towards the fulfillment of good governance practices.”

This appointment is coming a few weeks after Nigeria was knocked out of this year’s Fifa World Cup tournament and many Nigerian fans have been asking the Nigerian Football Federation President Amaju Pinnick to resign.

He is however yet to comment on the resigning matter but he said the Super Eagles of Nigeria is currently in search of a good coach. It is not just the Super Eagles that need a coach as even the other lower teams of the country are also looking for a coach like the home-based Eagles and also the U17 and U20.
