Veteran Nollywood actor, Ojo Arowosafe, popularly known as Fadeyi Oloro, has cried out to well-meaning Nigerians for financial aid.
The 65-year-old actor, who has been struggling with his health since 2021, revealed that it was becoming difficult for him to walk as he also experience excruciating pain all over his body.
In a recent interview with Punch, Fadeyi Oloro disclosed that he is still battling ill health, and everything needed for his health requires money.
“I am getting better with the support of people, but I have not fully recovered. That is why I am pleading with Nigerians across all walks of life who I have impacted in one way or the other to help me,” Fadeyi Oloro said.
The veteran actor once revealed that his colleagues in the industry have ignored him, adding that he cannot blame them because people are battling different things.
He said, “Though I did not get the kind of support I would have wanted, some individuals called me to greet me once in a while. I don’t blame them because they are going through different things.”
Fadeyi also maintained that he does not know the nature of his illness, but he intends to go for a general check-up to ascertain what is wrong with him.
The actor further revealed that he does not know the exact amount needed to cover his medical expenses and would not give a false figure so he is not seen as being fraudulent.
