Nigerian youths have really stood up for each other in the #ENDSARS crisis which was aimed at fighting Police brutality, extrajudicial killing and a bad system of government.
Popular Nigerian Afro-Pop singer, Adekunle Gold, who used his voice to support the movement took to his social media page today, October 23, 2020, to encourage Nigerian youths following their exploits in the #ENDSARS protest.
The singer stated that the youths have not lost their unity, voice and power. ‘AG Baby’ as he is fondly called noted that the youths can achieve a lot if they come together as they’ve done in this time.
His tweet reads, “Let me tell you what we’ve not lost; Our Unity, Our Voice, and Our Power! We have seen what we can achieve when we all come together! We should be proud”
Adekunle Gold led an #ENDSARS protest in Houston, US. The singer and wife, Simi used their voices to fight for a better Nigeria during the course of the #ENDSARS protest which saw a lot of innocent lives lost including a massacre at the Lekki Tollgate.
