87 Stranded Nigerians Arrive From Sudan, 311 From UAE

The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, NIDCOM has confirmed the arrival of eighty-seven stranded Nigerians from Sudan on Saturday, August 8.

In a tweet, the commission stated that the newly arrived Nigerians arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Int’l Airport, Abuja at about 0915HRS adding that all evacuees will proceed on 14 days self-isolation as mandated by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.

Also, NIDCOM announced that 311 Evacuees arrived Nnamdi Azikiwe Int’l Airport, Abuja at about 1150HRS from the United Arab Emirates on Saturday, 8th of August, 2020.

According to the commission, the new arrival brings the number of evacuees from the UAE to a total of 2,353.
