76th United Nations General Assembly: Buhari Leaves for USA Sunday

The 76th United Nations General Assembly, UNGA, which is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 14, 2021, will be welcoming guests like the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammadu Buhari.

Although, President Buhari leaves for the United States of America, USA, some days ahead of the actual date of the event, as the PresidencyPresidency has already slated Sunday, 12, for his departure.

Meanwhile, it was also gathered from reports making the rounds that the conference will end on September 27, 2021.

The medium also reported that its source from the Presidency revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari would be departing with an undisclosed team to the USA for the programme tagged UNGA76.

“The team going with him (Buhari) to the USA for the United Nations General Assembly leaves on Tuesday. The President will leave Abuja next Sunday to join them,” a presidential source said.
