2023 Elections: 38-Year-Old Media Entrepreneur Declares Presidency

Mrs Khadija Okunnu-Lamidi has declared to run for the 2023 elections as president of Nigeria. The 38-year-old female media entrepreneur declared her intention to seek a political party’s nomination to contest for next year’s presidential election. 

Khadija Okunnu-Lamidi, the daughter of former Federal Commissioner of Works and Housing, Lateef Femi Okunnu (SAN), made her intentions known last week in Lagos.

She officially declared her intention to run for the Office of the President of Nigeria in 2023 while addressing reporters in Lagos State on Monday.

She added that she had become the arrowhead for the intervention of her generation’s interests across the nation for politics and good governance.
